Create a Parkeas account

You need a Parkeas account to book a space. Signing up takes a couple of minutes. You must have reached the age of majority in your province to have an account.

Sign up with email

1. Select Sign up at the top of any page. On a phone, open the menu first.
2. Under What brings you here?, choose I'm looking for parking. Choose Both if you also want to rent out a space, or I have a space to rent out if you only want to host. Select Continue.
3. On Create your login, enter Your name, Email, Password and Confirm password, then select Create account.

A few rules:

• Your password needs at least 10 characters, with upper- and lower-case letters, a number and a symbol.
• Temporary (disposable) email addresses aren't accepted, because your booking PINs and receipts go to this address.
• Hosts see your first name and last initial.

Confirm your email

Parkeas sends a confirmation link from no-reply@parkeas.com. Open it and you come straight back to finish signing up. Nothing you entered is lost. You can't use your dashboard or book until your email is confirmed.

No email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or select Resend the email on the Check your email screen. If you typed the address wrong, select Change it and resend.

Sign up with Google

On Create your login, select Continue with Google and choose your Google account. You won't have a separate Parkeas password, so always sign in with Continue with Google. You may be asked to Complete your profile with your phone number and how you want to use Parkeas.

Add your phone and vehicle

After you confirm your email, the Make arriving easier step asks for:

• Mobile number: a 10-digit Canadian number.
• Your vehicle: make, model, model year, plate province and licence plate.

Both are optional. Select Get started to save them, or Skip for now and add them later from Profile and My vehicles.
