Contact support

Start with your host

For anything about the space itself (finding the entrance, a gate code that won't work, where to park), your host can usually help fastest.

If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

Open a support ticket

From this help centre

  1. Select Login at the top of this site. You sign in with your Parkeas account on parkeas.com, then come straight back here.
  2. Open My Tickets and select New ticket.
  3. Describe the problem and send it.

Your tickets and our replies are listed under My Tickets whenever you're signed in.

From a booking

If the problem is about a specific booking, open it on parkeas.com and select Get Help at the bottom of the booking page. Enter a Subject, describe the issue, choose a priority and select Submit Ticket. The booking is attached automatically, so we don't need to ask which one you mean.

From your account

On the parkeas.com home page (or any public page), open your account menu and select Support, then New ticket. Your tickets and our replies are listed under Your tickets on the same page.

By email

Email support@parkeas.com from the address on your Parkeas account.

What to include

To get an answer faster, include:

Never send your password, full card number or verification codes.

Report a problem at the space

While you're checked in, or after your stay, open the booking and select Report an Issue. Choose the type (Damage, Unauthorized Vehicle, Access Issue, Safety Concern or Other), describe what happened, add photos with Add Photo and select Report Incident. The report appears on the booking page, the support team is alerted, and you're notified when it's resolved.

File a dispute

If you disagree with a charge or a refund, or the space wasn't as booked, file a dispute:

  1. On the Cancelled tab in Trips, select Dispute this next to the trip. For other bookings, go to parkeas.com/dashboard/safety?tab=disputes.
  2. Select File new dispute.
  3. Choose the Booking and an Issue category: Incorrect charge, Unable to access spot, Damage to vehicle, Spot was unavailable, Safety concern or Other.
  4. Under Describe what happened, include times and any messages with the host, then select Submit dispute.

Each dispute shows Open, Under review, Resolved or Rejected, and our answer appears under Resolution.
