Parkeas gives every paid booking its own PIN and lets guests check in by scanning a QR code. Your private access instructions tell guests how to actually get in.
Add gate codes, key-safe combinations or directions like "use the left side of the driveway" here:
These are stored separately from your public listing. Only you and guests with a paid booking can see them. Someone with an unpaid or pending request can't.
Parkeas doesn't connect to gates or locks. If your gate has its own code, put it in your access instructions.
When a booking is confirmed, Parkeas creates a 6-digit PIN for it. The guest sees it on their booking. It works from the booking's start time until shortly after it ends. You can see it under Vehicle & access when you expand a booking on Bookings.
With your listing's check-in QR (one permanent code per listing):
The guest scans it, enters their PIN and shares their location. Parkeas finds their booking. They need to be close to the space, and can check in from 30 minutes before the start. Recent activity shows each check-in and any rejected attempt.

With a QR for one booking: on Bookings, expand the booking and select Open booking. The Parking Access card has Print QR and Show on Phone.

When a booking is cancelled, its PIN and QR stop working automatically.
