When you get paid

Parkeas sends payouts once a week, every Monday, to the bank account you connected through Stripe. Instant cash-outs aren't available, so all payouts follow the weekly schedule.

Which bookings are paid

A booking is ready to be paid once it's completed. That happens after the guest checks out, after you select Check out on the booking, or when Parkeas closes the booking after the guest overstays. Completed bookings that haven't been paid yet show under Clearing on the Payouts page.

Each Monday, Parkeas adds up all your completed bookings that haven't been paid and sends them as one payout to your Stripe account. Stripe then deposits it in your bank. How long the deposit takes depends on Stripe and your bank.

Fees and minimum

Example only: in one week you complete two bookings with booking prices of $20 and $30. After the 10% host fee you earn $18 + $27 = $45. The $2.25 payout fee leaves a payout of $42.75.
